Alison trained as a reflexologist at the highly respected and internationally recognised Oxford School of Reflexology.

Alison is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR).  The AoR is the UK’s largest governing body for reflexologists, and ensures all its members are trained to the highest standards. Alison holds a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, awarded by the AoR. 

Alison has undertaken specialist training and further study to obtain the Certificate of Competency in Maternity Reflexology.  She undertook this training with Susanne Enzer, herself a midwife and reflexologist of many years standing.  Susanne teaches, lectures and writes extensively on this subject.

Alison is also qualified to practice Indian head massage, and she learnt this ancient art at the Oxford School of Reflexology.

As part of her ongoing commitment to further her reflexology practice, Alison undertakes Continual Professional Development (CPD) work, which is a requirement of her membership of the AoR.  She attends conferences, seminars, workshops and training days as necessary.  She holds an Emergency First Aid certificate and is fully insured to practice reflexology, pregnancy reflexology and Indian head massage.
