What are Pamper Parties?
Perhaps you've heard of complementary therapies, but have never had the time to explore them? Or you're not sure if they're for you? Well a Pamper Party is designed to give you the chance to try something new, and to see if you would like to have the full treatment another time.

How do they work?
Six or seven friends gather at one person's house for the evening.  Alison will come to the house and give a brief introductory talk on reflexology and Indian Head Massage - what they are, how they work and what benefits you may get from having the treatment.

A treatment area is set up in a quiet room with relaxing music and candles (as the hostess sees fit), and guests take it in turns to have a mini 20 minute treatment in a therapy of their choice.

How much does it cost?
£15 for 20 minutes of reflexology or Indian Head Massage per person.
